Samurai Saws
Small Teeth (2.5mm)
Small Teeth
Below 240mm length saw with 2.5mm gap between the teeth (S type) is
recommended for cutting small branches less than 10cm diameter. Due to the
distance between the teeth, this saw works especially for precision pruning
such as grafting.
Impulse Hardened Teeth
Hardness: 900HV - 950HV (HRC 67 - 68 degrees) Impulse hardening: The razor sharp edges combined with impulse hardening make for the teeth that will last three times longer than conventional teeth and it is most suitable for cutting tough dry wood.
Friction Minimized
Cross-section of saw blade showing relationship between blade and material being cut. Friction is minimized by the tapering of the blade.
